  1. October 13, 2026 · City Council

Partial release of notice of interest, Timpview Logistics industrial project

    Approved · 5-0

Removes Timpview Logistics land, transferred from the Deer Park Phase 3 area by boundary adjustment, from a sensitive-lands notice of interest recorded for Deer Park; Timpview must record its own notice and geotechnical report for its upcoming project. Holley asked whether the 'termination area' and 'encumbered area' in the document were the same; Schriever said they were, acknowledged the confusing terminology, and the council approved the release with language clarified by the city attorney.

    Moved by Holley. Vote: 5-0
