Downtown plan implementation, phase 1 (work session)

    Discussed

Deputy City Manager Steve Mumford said Phase 1 includes Mid-Valley Road, Downtown Drive, City Hall with surface parking, the library and Basecamp Plaza. The minutes say City Hall architectural design is already funded in the current budget and describe the library as much too small. No amounts are stated.
