Denied · 5-0
Planning Director Brandon Larsen said an applicant asked to cut a $1,350 rezone fee to $760 for parcels 58:040:0623 and 0624, which were omitted from the master development agreement rezoning. Staff said the earlier receipt covered the broader agreement, not these parcels, and reductions are typically granted only when staff effort is minimal. The council denied the request.
