Wildlife intern Nathan Shumway presented the next-to-final draft. Two representatives of the Eagle Mountain Nature and Wildlife Alliance spoke at the hearing, and staff answered questions. The council adopted it with changes: removing the pedestrian path west of Walmart to Autumn Lane, removing semi-truck parking language and changing goat grazing from 'two to seven days' to 'as needed'. The area stays classified as open space.
