The amendment creates a city-owned Parcel A, which keeps the Ranches waterfall sign, and two commercial lots of 1.279 acres each with access to Campus Drive. Applicant representative Dan Ford said the agreed price runs through June or July 2021. Gray liked the project but worried about selling below market; Cook said the city is bound by the agreed price during the contract extension. Approved on conditions that the city property purchase closes before recording and the city gets an easement through one lot.
