Timp Hollow Plat D final plat, 1030 N. 1150 East

    Approved with conditions · 4-1

Developer Ryan Bybee said the layout was set years ago with roads and utilities installed and that walls improve safety; one more six-lot phase remains. Council Member Carroll agreed with Commissioner Anderson that a wall next to a home fronting 1100 North would block sightlines and collect debris. Barnes and Taylor said it was too late to impose a major change. Approved in the R1-12,000 zone.
