Lakeshore Landing

Lakeshore Landing is a transit-oriented subdivision area along 900 West. On Oct. 14, 2025 the council voted unanimously to adopt an ordinance vacating a leftover strip of excess right-of-way on 900 West at about 350 South, which had been left out of an earlier 2021 vacation, so the road width matches the rest of 900 West.
