First amendment to the Harmony development agreement

    Approved · 4-1

The original agreement with Eagle Mountain Properties, L.C. was approved in January 2015 with a preliminary plat, leaving alternative block designs for later plat approvals. A site plan application raised a possible conflict with the agreement's lot frontage section; the amendment clarifies that section does not apply to alternative block designs. Wood noted the site plan was previously denied and has returned to the council.
