Skye Preliminary Plat A amendment to add clubhouse parcel

    Approved with conditions · 5-0

The council approved revisions to include the clubhouse parcel and surrounding lots and infrastructure. Jeff Stevenson represented D.R. Horton. Council Member Stallings wanted the parking exception limited to this plat, so the motion strikes item 7 of the staff report and counts two on-street spaces toward the parking proximity requirement for this plat only.
