    Approved

Mike Greene sought conditional use approval of a flag lot so a second home can be built on his 1.57-acre lot in the R-1-22 zone. The lot with the existing home would be 0.63 acres and the new lot 0.79 acres, both above the 22,000-square-foot minimum. The flag pole runs along the west side next to a church parking lot. The DRC said the drive must be asphalt, concrete, pavers or another permanent hard surface rather than crushed asphalt. Engage Lehi reports the item was approved.
