Lotus Vaseo preliminary and final subdivision

    Approved with conditions · 4-0

Council Member Katie Koivisto disclosed a conflict of interest on this item; the minutes record her voting yes. A neighbor said the previous owner had agreed to build a concrete fence like the one on the south side of her property, and the applicant agreed to follow through. Matt Bailey urged close scrutiny of such developments for their effect on quality of life. The council approved a 35-unit townhome PUD on one lot with that fence condition.

    • Condition: fencing similar to existing concrete fence installed by the Broadmoor development

Moved by Council Member Chris Condie, seconded by Council Member Paul Hancock. Vote: Unanimous, 4-0

  2. September 14, 2021 · City Council

    Lotus Vaseo preliminary subdivision

    Pending

Placed on hold until the end of the meeting. The minutes then record a motion to grant preliminary and final approval of a 35-unit townhome PUD on one lot, with fencing similar to an existing concrete fence for an adjacent neighbor, and a unanimous roll call. The same item, with the same fence condition, appears again on the Sept. 28 agenda, so the Sept. 14 result should be checked against the video.
