Cedar Corners Phase 5 development agreement
Approved with conditions · 5-0
Lehmitz said the property was part of the 2007 Cedar Corners preliminary plat, which showed seven lots. In the work session Council Member Rich Wood suggested shortening development timeframes because only seven lots remain; that was not in the motion. The council approved with two conditions: the applicant works with staff on a construction start benchmark, and pedestrian rights-of-way and road connections link Poplar Drive and Maple Street.
