Lehi Block mixed-use concept
Discussed
Gardner Group and Wasatch Group presented a revised concept near the Weave building with less office space and more retail and residential. Council members raised sewer, water, transportation and power capacity, the balance of residential and office uses, and the effect on units allowed in a future transit-oriented development area, and suggested some for-sale homes. They said more analysis is needed before changing the existing development agreement.
