    Approved with conditions · 5-0

Jen Hall represented the applicant. A neighboring owner said a fence should have been built in the first phase and asked that it be installed now. Council Member Condie first moved to require about 105 linear feet of vinyl fence, then amended the motion to require a fence built to code (which must be sight-obscuring) and to ask the applicant to work with the neighbor on materials.

    • Condition: fence built to code requirements; applicant to work with neighbor on materials
    • Original proposal: about 105 linear feet of vinyl fence

Moved by Council Member Chris Condie, seconded by Council Member Katie Koivisto. Vote: 5-0, unanimous
