Hardman Farms concept plan, 67-unit planned unit development

    Approved · 5-0

Applicant Lora Hardman and Troy Sanders of Think Architecture described a mix of large lots, duplexes and senior housing and a community center in a legacy, equestrian-themed development reflecting the family's wishes rather than maximizing density. The council supported the concept and asked about phasing, senior housing and an access gate. Members discussed preserving possible roadway connections identified in transportation studies but agreed road connections were outside the scope of a concept plan approval. Council Member Koivisto's motion included staff and Planning Commission comments.
