Sunset Flats Phase E concept plan

    Discussed

Hobbs presented a concept to convert residential lots to a mini-storage complex, with applicant representative Norm Avery proposing to reduce ten one-acre lots to six half-acre lots. Lots in earlier phases were used for right-of-way for Aviator Road and Old Airport Road serving Cedar Valley High School. All council members opposed losing ten one-acre lots but were open to other lot adjustments. No vote was taken.
