Stadion, LLC development agreement and water and sewer agreement first amendments

    Approved · 5-0

The consent agenda approved first amendments to the development agreement and to the water and sewer agreement with Stadion, LLC, connecting Pole Canyon sewer and water to city infrastructure and adding off-site improvements to the west access road and waterline. The City Attorney confirmed approval includes an additional $1.7 million for the sewer line, which Facebook will front and receive impact fee credits for future phases. Trusty also said Facebook would not receive impact fee credits for this project; the minutes do not reconcile the two statements. The motion included the City Attorney's memo.

    Stadion LLC landscaping amendment

    Approved with conditions

Council Member Donna Burnham asked that trees be added to the water-efficient landscaping requirement. Applicant representative Travis Perry said staff had concerns about tree viability near the roadway swale and offered trees for planting elsewhere. The council required Stadion to donate the trees, or a cash equivalent, for the city to plant elsewhere.
