Development agreement with Stadion, LLC (Meta) for data center expansion

    Approved · 4-1

Draper said the agreement allows the data center to expand onto the adjacent property to the south, which already has the RTI overlay, sets infrastructure requirements and is largely modeled on the existing agreement. No reason for Burnham's no vote is recorded.

    Eagle Mountain Data Campus rezone

    Approved · 4-0

Applicant representative Corey Berg said a buyer wants to close on 1.5 acres and begin development, with the remainder staying a sod farm until developed; a site plan is expected in late April. The site is zoned Agricultural, designated Business Park/Light Industry and proposed for the Regional Technology and Industry Overlay. Burnham asked whether to wait for the overlay review and Gray cited water and power concerns but did not oppose; Jerome said Rocky Mountain Power confirmed sufficient capacity; Steve Mumford said water-use concerns would be addressed in development agreements; the overlay is scheduled to repeal in May 2022. No one spoke.
