Enyo development agreement for battery storage, solar and a possible natural gas plant

    Approved with conditions · 4-1

Principal Christine Mikell addressed the council, and City Attorney Marcus Draper said this is a new agreement, not an amendment. The council approved it with the maximum power pole height revised to 175 feet, as Enyo requested. Gray said the city should be a good partner but some terms needed tightening.
