Eagle Ridge general plan amendment, rezone and preliminary plat

    Approved with conditions · 5-0

The parcel annexed Nov. 17, 2020 moves from Agriculture/Rural Density One to Two and is rezoned RD1 for a 17-unit plat. The plat fails block length and cul-de-sac connectivity standards, which Love waived. The Planning Commission voted 4-0 on Dec. 14. Curtis worried lot sizes may not allow redundant septic drainage fields; a resident, Tanya Anderson, wrote in opposition citing cul-de-sac length, runoff and traffic. Applicant Kim Rindlisbacher said septic drainage will be confirmed before final plat. The plat was approved on condition that a cluster mailbox site is provided if the postal service requires one.
