Bach Apartments site plan, 740 E. 620 South

    Approved with conditions · 5-0

Ordinance 2020-09-49 approved a site plan for Bach Apartments in the Vest annexation area, with townhomes around the edge and apartments inside, consistent with the annexation agreement and concept plan. Staff expects all units to be rentals. Bunker said 620 South will connect to 860 East but not to North County Boulevard; Nick Mason said 620 South is being built from I-15 to 860 East. Shelton pressed for a connector road to North County Boulevard through Pleasant Grove. The motion was amended to say "site plan" rather than "commercial site plan."
