Council accepts clean audit, agrees to reimburse Deer Park $167,521 for 1100 South improvements

January 10, 2023, 7:00 p.m. · American Fork City Hall, 31 N. Church St.

Auditors from Larson and Company gave the city a clean opinion on its fiscal 2022 financial statements. The council approved a reimbursement agreement of up to $167,520.89 and a pioneering agreement with Deer Park LLC for improvements along 1100 South, FieldTurf cooperative pricing for six lighted pickleball courts at Hindley Park, and, because of a technical error, re-ratified a long list of Nov. 22, 2022 approvals including 278 Edgewater lots and the fiscal 2023 amended budget.
