Arts groups and city departments funded by the PARC tax reported on their programs. Harrington Center for the Arts listed Fork Fest, Concerts in the Park and a sculpture exhibit; Timpanogos Arts Foundation, the Wasatch Music Alliance and the library described their work; and staff said six lighted pickleball courts at Hindley Park and pool shade structures would be built in 2023. Rob Shelton asked recipients to include participation numbers.
