Transit Circulator Study and Polycentric City Master Plan

It identifies six activity centers (Transit Center, Commercial Center, Downtown, East Gateway, Employment Center, Recreation Center). The near-term transit recommendation is the UTA/Utah County/UDOT microtransit zone (about 77 square miles, about 16 vans, $2.50 fare) launching in August; longer-term options range from peak-hour FrontRunner-Employment Center shuttles (about 80 riders a day) to a full circulator (about 420 a day in 2026, 920 by 2050). Proposed trail corridors: a Rail Trail through East Gateway, Downtown and the Commercial Center; the American Fork River Trail from the Art Dye Trail to the future Utah Lake Shore Trail (crossings at I-15 and the railroad unresolved); and a Spring Creek Trail on the west side to the FrontRunner station and the Meadows.
