Workshop: Krebs rezone from industrial to MR-20, Ordinance 12-06

    Discussed

Craig Winder, agent for owners Conley and Diana Krebs, asked to rezone about 10 acres from Industrial Park to Mixed Residential Medium (MR-20). Staff recommended denial, and the Planning Commission voted to deny on February 25, citing the industrial designation in the general plan, incompatible uses and concerns from the Bridger neighborhood and school district. Five written comments were all opposed. Simmonds raised the safety of children crossing 10th West to Bridger Elementary.
