Stonebridge Montessori rezone
Approved · 5-0
Steve Mumford said The Ranches master development plan has expired, so a rezone is required for a site designated Community Commercial. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended Commercial Neighborhood (CN) rather than Commercial Community. Applicant representative Tyler Dow described a Montessori school with traffic attendants and a right-in turn to aid stacking. Love worried about alignment for future commercial development north; Curtis wanted landscaping on the east side. No one spoke at the hearing.

Stonebridge Montessori site plan
Approved with conditions · 5-0
Approved with conditions: work with staff on a drive aisle to the northern property, with less than half-width allowed on the applicant's land; prove stacking distances; add a 3.5-foot berm around the parking area; and add directional signs.
