The American Fork City Council rezoned property at 126 N. It approved a 64-lot Stonecreek Plat E, Edgewater townhome plats and a Rockwell Ranch phase in the TOD area, a Qelo LLC reimbursement agreement for 900 West water and road upsizing, and a $159,500 sewer rehabilitation contract with Insituform Technologies.

Resolution 2020-08-21R changed the land use from High Density Residential to General Commercial and Ordinance 2020-08-41 rezoned the lot from R4-7500 to CC-1 so the owner, whose adjoining properties (a landscaping business and storage units) are already CC-1, has one zone; the old home was torn down and there is no development plan. Shelton worried about commercial creep north toward 200 North and the lack of setbacks in CC-1, preferring CC-2. Olsen said new storage units are not allowed in CC-1.
