Ordinance 02-2025: public facility rezone 2024

    Approved with conditions · 4-0

Struthers presented a rezone of several city-owned properties, including the Family Park property, to a public facility designation so they remain in public use and are easy to identify on the zoning map. The mayor noted gaps between parcels in the Family Park area and suggested consolidating them. A small pedestrian access parcel still being resolved was excluded.

Moved by Council Member Paul Hancock, seconded by Council Member Heather Newall. Vote: 4-0 with Council Member Chris Condie absent
