Ordinance 10-2025: auto sales and rental on commercial parcels over an acre (Table 05.030-B)

    Tabled · 4-0

Lucy Lane represented ProSteel, whose U-Haul rental operation is out of compliance in its zone. Council members weighed citywide effects and preserving commercial space against the business's needs and discussed a development agreement instead. The council tabled the item and directed staff to work on an agreement allowing rentals on the current property restricted to the current owner and non-transferable.
