Exemptions for permitted events and unavoidable roadway and railroad noise were reviewed. Staff will research other cities and return with a draft in a work session.

Forebay Recreation Area conservation easement discussion

The council reviewed a conservation easement in which Lehi would hold the easement (grantee) and Payson City would remain owner (grantor) of the Forebay recreation area. Struthers said it mirrors how Draper holds Lehi's easement and that the council's earlier conservation action helped inspire Payson. It was scheduled for approval on Dec. 16.
