Item 2.1 · Presentation
Ranked choice voting presentation
Discussed
Stan Lockhart presented survey results on voter experience with ranked choice voting and said legislators are encouraging Utah cities to adopt it. Item 2.2 · Parks
Dry Creek Reservoir improvements
Discussed
Jason Bond presented design, funding and operating direction for the reservoir. No action
Police Chief Darren Paul said a state bill was meant to let golfers get to and from courses, and that carts would fall under low-speed vehicle rules requiring safety equipment and a driver license.
