The council approved a zone change for a proposed ice cream shop on Main Street, a Muir rezone on 300 North, and a concept plan for the 37-unit Pine Springs development, all by unanimous votes. It tabled the Center Pointe Towns zone change because the applicant was not available to answer questions. Earlier, the pre-council session heard about a possible towing ordinance revision and the CARES Act grant effort.
