Tayler Jensen presented an 80-foot wireless tower designed as a silo on a 2,500-square-foot site north of the Rocky Mountain Power substation, west of Lake Mountain Road. The Planning Commission recommended approval with four conditions. Applicant Carri Wullner offered a cheaper monopole instead. The council approved with a galvanized steel monopole in place of the silo.
