Council approves Ranches Crossing plat and consent items; minutes leave school district resolution vote unclear

August 6, 2024, 4:00 p.m. · Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah

The council unanimously approved a consent agenda that included the Ranches Crossing preliminary plat and drive-through site plan, a state wildlife fencing agreement, a Utah County agreement funding Airport Road and Smith Ranch Park change orders. A resolution on the proposal to create a new school district was scheduled for final action, but the minutes' recorded motion for that item reads as the Adobe licensing amendment, so the outcome is unclear. The meeting ended at 10:51 p.m. after two closed sessions.
