    Bike skills park phase 3

    Discussed

Staff said the project was approved by the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, funded in fiscal 2025 with a UORG grant, and designed by Avid Trails, with construction planned from May 2025 to July or August 2025. Staff recommended Option B, the original earthen features plus prefabricated wooden ramps and aluminum frames. A phase 4 pump track was shown in preliminary design with no site chosen.
