Planning commission recommends Scott zone change for three-lot subdivision at 672 W. 750 North

January 21, 2026, 6:30 p.m. · American Fork City Hall, 31 N. Church St.

The American Fork Planning Commission unanimously recommended rezoning 2.54 acres at 672 W. 750 North from RA-1 residential agriculture to R1-9000 so the owners can split the land into three lots: two of about a half acre and one of about 1.5 acres with the existing home. LeGrande Woolstenhulme, representing the owners, said two lots will be about a half acre and the lot with the existing home about 1.5 acres.
