What residents said

Water conservation/xeriscapingCul-de-sac length rules delaying subdivision

No one spoke at the easement-vacation hearing. Steve Williams of the Stone Hollow HOA, north of American Fork Hospital, asked the city to partner on xeriscaping funded by adding a couple of building lots, saying staff told them the hardship was self-imposed and wouldn't qualify for a variance. Dennis Beck complained about delays on his subdivision at 757 North 200 East tied to the 450-foot cul-de-sac limit.
