Housing Authority: Founders Place mitigation plan amendment

    Approved · 5-0

Sitting as the Housing Authority, the council changed a condition of approval for the 78-unit Founders Place condominium project in Deer Crest so certificates of occupancy are issued building by building rather than by phase.
