    Discussed

TAG SLC proposed rezoning 1380 South 900 West and two parcels on 1000 West from R-1/7,000 to RMF-30; the applicant owns only the 900 West parcel and intends to develop only it, while another organization asked to include the other two for flexibility. Staff said the area is in a mixed-use and multifamily node anchored by the Sorenson Unity Center and that the request meets amendment standards. The applicant said units would be two to three bedrooms with a price point in the mid-$400,000s, could become an affordable housing incentive project and would have natural gas and electric hookups.
