Pleasant View council approves development agreement amendment, purchasing policy, $1.69 million Decant Facility bid and codification contract on July 14

With Councilmembers Ann Arrington and Sean Wilkinson absent, the council voted 3-0 on four items: a first amendment to the Woodsonia Farr West LLC development agreement (Resolution 2026-L), purchasing policy Ordinance 2026-18, a $1,688,447.13 Decant Facility bid award to Next Construction, and $20,245 for General Code codification services.
