Pleasant View council approves development agreement amendment, purchasing policy, $1.69 million Decant Facility bid and codification contract on July 14
Selected actions only, not complete coverage of the July 14, 2026 regular City Council meeting. With Councilmembers Ann Arrington and Sean Wilkinson absent, the council voted 3-0 on four items: a first amendment to the Woodsonia Farr West LLC development agreement (Resolution 2026-L), purchasing policy Ordinance 2026-18, a $1,688,447.13 Decant Facility bid award to Next Construction, and $20,245 for General Code codification services. The council approved these minutes Aug. 11. The amounts are approvals, not records of payment or completed work. Other agenda items are not covered here.
