    Discussed

City Attorney Craig Carlston described a proposed trade of a city parcel of about 0.35 acres near 250 South 100 West for a parcel of about 0.23 acres at 1250 North 200 East owned by Old Mann Holdings, LLC, to realign the intersection. Old Mann Holdings would pay the market-value difference. Mayor Daines said the intersection is hazardous and the city agreed with the Woodsonia development to make it safe. Chair Simmonds raised concern about the property serving as an exit point. Matthew Fatuesi asked who handles the payment and why the intersection is there; Joshua Molitor suggested an outright purchase; Gail Hanson asked to keep part of the parcel for access. Simmonds said this was a hearing only.
