Provo council backs the regional transportation plan 6-1 and sends parking-reduction amendment forward 6-1

The council voted 6-1 to show support for the current master transportation plan and projects shared with the Mountainland Association of Governments, with Council Member Jeff Whitlock opposed. It also voted 6-1 to direct staff to move ahead with an amendment on parking requirement reductions, with Council Member Rachel Whipple opposed.
