February 11, 2025, 5:00 p.m. · Council Chamber, 153 N. 100 East, Lehi

With Council Member Chris Condie excused, the council voted 4-0 to approve a rewrite of the residential table of uses after adding an amendment, requested by Council Member Michelle Stallings, to permit all schools in residential areas. It also approved a Strong Solutions agreement to build Northridge Park and the Hidden Canyon Trailhead, an amended Comer library fund resolution and revised Planning Commission bylaws. The Cardenas zone change was delayed again because the applicant was absent.

Council Member Michelle Stallings asked whether private schools should stay conditional uses and supported minimizing conditional uses; Council Member Heather Newall worried that eliminating them entirely would leave the Planning Commission with no alternatives.
