Timpanogos Special Service District master plan

    Discussed

TSSD's Rich Mickelsen presented its sewer master plan for 10 northern Utah County cities: flows of about 20 million gallons a day expected to reach 40 by 2040 and 60 by 2060. The board chose a primary clarifier and anaerobic digestion (PCAD) treatment platform. TSSD spent over $500,000 on the study; a $5 million Utah Lake water quality study may set new phosphorus limits.
