    Approved with conditions

Brian McCuiston presented about 27 lots on 11.17 acres in the Dimple Dell area; counting an existing home the total would be 28. The Planning Commission recommended approval with R-1-10 zoning, with a portion possibly R-1-20A through a development agreement. The applicant's attorney, Paxton Guyman, and Karilee Olsen spoke. Adoption was conditioned on a development agreement capping homes at 28, and City Attorney Lynn Pace reviewed the agreement process. Thirteen residents commented. A friendly amendment from Council Member Zach Robinson on wildlife corridors was declined, and all seven council members made statements. The ordinance was adopted; individual votes are not recorded.
