Wilson Neighborhood Plan, Resolution 25-19
Approved · 5-0
The council approved the plan, which recommends sub-neighborhood recognition, infill zoning near downtown, owner-occupancy incentives, more accessory dwellings, a Logan River crossing connecting 200 East to 100 East, safer streets and sidewalks, wider trails and rezoning large public open space to Recreation. Council Member Amy Anderson noted parks are zoned Public; Planner Russ Holley said a rezone to Recreation would follow in the General Plan update. No one spoke.
