The Pleasant Grove City Council's Oct. 6 agenda listed a public hearing on accessory-apartment parking, a not-to-exceed $406,922.68 award to S&L Inc. for the library landscape and pavilion, and an engineering agreement with Ridgeline Consultants for 600 West and Center Street.
