Pleasant Grove council agenda: $406,923 library pavilion award, accessory-apartment parking rules and 600 West design contract
The Pleasant Grove City Council's Oct. 6 agenda listed a public hearing on accessory-apartment parking, a not-to-exceed $406,922.68 award to S&L Inc. for the library landscape and pavilion, and an engineering agreement with Ridgeline Consultants for 600 West and Center Street. Minutes have not been posted, so results are not recorded here. A 4:30 p.m. work session covered secondary water rates and the library pavilion.
