Cedar 106, LLC (Randall McUne and Jonathan Stathis) asked the council to approve an agreement reallocating 81.565 acre-feet of water credits among residential parcels in the development agreement area. The credits come from the 2006 Steve Sevy Annexation, which applied 1.2 acre-feet per annexed acre. The city attorney's memo recommends approval and notes the reallocation is limited to one development agreement area.
